To attend our wedding events, accommodations must be booked through Romantics Travel using the link on this website. This ensures you are included on our official guest list and receive all group benefits. Please review all details below before booking.

BOOKING DEADLINES AND DETAILS:
Booking Window Deadline:
Now until May 1, 2026.
Please submit your room deposit by the date below to confirm your attendance and secure group pricing. 

If you miss the deadline, Romantics Travel can still assist with booking. Rates and availability though will be based on the resort’s remaining inventory and may differ from group pricing.

Limited Availability:
Our room block is limited. We strongly recommend booking early, as availability and group rates cannot be guaranteed once the block fills.

-$100 per person deposit to reserve your room
- Optional travel insurance available at the time of booking

Booking flights with Romantics Travel is not required. We realize that most of our guest have points or miles they would like to use, or would like the opportunity to book flights when they want.

Also, since you'll be booking your room with our group, private group transportation to and from the airport is included in the rates!

Flight schedules must be forwarded to Romantics Travel no later than 45 days prior to travel to arrange transportation. They will also send out reminders via email. Transportation will only be arranged for the date of check-in and check-out, and only to and from the airport and wedding resort.

Mexico Entry Requirements:
A current passport book is required. Every guest must have a valid passport book. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check-in. If you do not have a passport or need to renew it, click below.

We recommend you check your passports to ensure they are current.

Attending a destination wedding is an experience unlike any other, and we want to make sure yours is seamless from the moment you book to the moment you're back home.

When you book through our group block, here's what you get:

1. You're in. Only guests who book through Romantics Travel are on the official wedding guest list and guaranteed access to every private event. It's that simple.

2. Locked-in group rates. No surprises, no price fluctuations. Your rate is protected the moment you book.

3. Private group transportation included. Airport transfers are arranged exclusively for guests in the block. No hunting down taxis or rideshares. You'll be picked up, dropped off, and taken care of the entire trip.

4. Your spot at the resort is secured. Independent bookings don't carry the same protection. Guests in our block won't get relocated to another property.

5. One team handles everything. Questions before you leave, support while you're there, help with excursions and activities. We've got you.

6. Stay in the loop. You'll have access to our travel app with the full itinerary, schedules, and group updates so you're always prepared.

7. Flexible payment options. Deposit and payment plans are available to make budgeting easy.

Contact Romantics Travel at 817-386-0701 before making any independent reservations. Please reach out to us first. There are important details about event access, group rates, and resort policies that could affect your experience. We want to make sure every guest is taken care of, and a quick conversation with our team can save you a lot of headaches down the road.

Q: Do I need to book through Romantics Travel?
Yes. To attend our wedding events, you must book through Romantics Travel. Booking outside our group will result in disconnection from the group, loss of included amenities, potential extra charges, and no guaranteed access to wedding events.

Q: Must I stay at the wedding resort to attend the wedding? We strongly encourage it. Guests not booked in our block may need to purchase a day pass or per-event pass, and these are extremely limited.

Q: What is included in the package?
All-inclusive accommodations covering meals, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), taxes, tips, all wedding events, and round-trip airport transfers. A 3-night minimum stay is required.

Q: When should I reserve my room?
As soon as possible. Popular room categories sell out quickly and group rates are available for a limited time. You may request dates outside the block window, but availability and rates cannot be guaranteed.

Q: Can I book a higher room category, or a room that isn’t in the wedding block?
Yes, as long as the resort has availability. Note your preferred room in the request form and Romantics Travel will provide a quote. Quotes on rooms outside the existing block may take a few extra days.

Q: Can I make payments?
Yes. After your initial deposit, you can pay in any amount at any time using the Make a Payment link above, or simply pay the remaining balance by the final due date.

A $50 late payment penalty applies to reservations unpaid by the final payment date. Reservations not paid within 7 days of that date will automatically cancel and all payments will be forfeited.

Q: Do I need to pay VISITAX?
Yes. VISITAX is a government tourism tax required for all visitors to Quintana Roo (Cancún, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Cozumel). It's not included in your flight or resort cost. You can pay online in advance (recommended) or in cash at the airport. Enforcement is inconsistent, some travelers are asked for proof of payment, some aren't. Whether and when you pay is entirely your responsibility. More information will be coming in your Trip Plans App that we send approximately 3 weeks prior to departure

Q: Do I need Travel Insurance?
It's strongly recommended. Most US health insurance does not cover you internationally, and cancellation can happen for any number of reasons. The plan available through the supplier offers 75% back for cancellation for any reason and 100% back for covered reasons. Insurance is non-refundable and must be purchased at time of deposit.

Q: What if I can't make it? Are there any cancellation fees?
Cancellation fees apply depending on how far out you cancel. Travel insurance is the best protection. Without it, you risk losing all payments made. Contact Romantics Travel immediately if you need to modify or cancel.

Q: What about name changes?
Reserve your room when you are certain of your travel companion. Name changes carry a $50 edit fee. No changes will be processed within 70 days of departure, and changes may result in repricing at current available rates.

Q: Is round-trip transportation included?
Yes. Round-trip airport transfers are included for guests booked in our block. Submit your flight itinerary through the Flight Link Romantics Travel will email you at 90 days out. Itinerary must be submitted at least 45 days before departure. If the deadline is missed, you will need to arrange and pay for your own transportation.
